Raw or steamed.  See blackboard for daily
selections.  Served by the Half Dozen or Baker's
Dozen with cocktail or Mignonette sauce.
 

SHRIMP
16/20 spiced & steamed wild caught domestic
shrimp with root veggies, brown butter & cocktail
sauce.  Old Bay available upon request.
 

AQUA FARMS MIDDLE NECK CLAMS*
Served raw or steamed.
 

PRINCE EDWARD ISLAND MUSSELS
Steamed & topped with herb butter.
 

TUNA TARTARE*
Ahi tuna blended with avocado, wasabi, sesame, soy
& select spice served chilled with flat bread.

CRAB CAKE
Jumbo lump, no filler crab cake.  Choose either
panko encrusted & cooked in peanut oil or broiled.
Served with two vegetables.
 

SHELLFISH MAGNOLIA
Backfin crabmeat, shrimp & shitake mushrooms sauteed
in olive oil & butter with chives & select spices &
finished with lemon juice.  Served with side wedge.
 

CHARLESTON SHRIMP
Eight of our jumbo gulf shrimp dipped in buttermilk,
dusted in seasoned flour & cooked in peanut oil.
Served with two vegetables.
 

SALMON CITRON
Atlantic Salmon Maine poached in citrus olive oil &
topped with yogurt, dill cucumber sauce.  Served
with two vegetables.
 

SHRIMP & GRITS
Jumbo gulf shrimp pan sauteed in bacon drippings with
garlic, crushed red peppers, red bell peppers, green
onions, deglazed with white wine & lemon juice.  Placed
over sharp white cheddar cheese & green chili grits.
 

FISH & CHIPS
Flaky white fish dusted in seasoned flour & cooked
in peanut oil served with fries, creamy coleslaw
& malt vinegar.

 

SEAFOOD PASTA
Shrimp, backfin crabmeat & scallops sauteed in
olive oil with garlic finished with parmesan
dill cream sauce over linguini.
 

FRIED OYSTERS
Lightly fried choice oysters with cocktail
sauce, fries & cole slaw.

 

SHELLFISH PLATTER
One of our jumbo lump crab cakes, two of
our Charleston shrimp and Scallops.
Served with two vegetables.
